Starter is pay-as-you-go with no subscription. You pay standard rates on every project, and your first three are free.

Pro is $999 a year. You get $20 off every project, full access to premium features like 2D Design, Estimates, and Agreements, and $1,000 in Hover credits for every $10,000 you spend.

Business is $2,999 a year. You get one flat rate per scan type no matter how complex the property, the same premium features as Pro, coverage for up to 10 branches under a single plan, and the same $1,000-per-$10,000 credits.

Enterprise is custom-priced for teams that need negotiated rates, custom product catalogs, features, SSO, multi-org management at scale, and a dedicated account team.

Business is $2,999 a year for companies that want flat rates instead of complexity-based pricing. Every scan is one price depending on the deliverable, no matter the property.

Pro is $999 a year with variable pricing—you pay less on simple properties and more on complex ones. Business is $2,999 a year with one flat rate per scan type.

Business also covers up to 10 branches under one plan. Pro covers a single branch.

All plans cover your entire team—there's no limit on the number of users. All users are on the same plan and are billed under a single credit card.

Yes, on Business and Enterprise. One branch buys the Business plan, and the rates and features extend to as many as 10 branches in your company. Each branch needs to have a payment method; however, the same method can be used for each branch, and spend from every branch counts toward your Hover credits. Starter and Pro each cover a single org.

No. Pro gives you $20 off every project, every time—you still pay per project. Think of it like a warehouse club: the membership unlocks better prices on everything you order.

Example: A Simple Roof scan that's $29 on Starter is $9 on Pro.

On Business, every scan type is one flat rate.

Pricing is based on property complexity—number of facets for exterior projects, or square footage for interior scans. On Starter, you pay standard rates; on Pro, $20 off rack rate; on Business you pay flat rates. You can see standard rates on our pricing page.

Interior scans are priced by square footage—from $29 for rooms up to 200 sq ft (bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms) to $89 for open-concept areas over 600 sq ft. Pro members get $20 off every Interior scan.

Yes. Hover supports both. Exterior and interior scans are separate scan types and priced independently. You can order either or both on the same property.

Yes. Insurance adjusters use Hover to create accurate exterior and interior measurements without an on-site visit. Homeowners complete the scan using the Hover app, and adjusters get precise measurements and data they can use directly in the claims process.

For every $10,000 you spend on projects as a Pro member, you earn $1,000 in Hover credits, which can be applied to future projects. Spend accumulates cumulatively with no annual reset and no cap, as long as you're enrolled in the Pro or Business plan. Credits are deposited within 4–6 weeks of hitting each milestone.

Yes. Pro and Business members are eligible for exclusive seasonal offers to earn additional Hover credits.

Yes. Hover credits are valid for 12 months from the date they're deposited. Credits expire if you cancel or downgrade to Starter.

Your plan stays active through the end of your term. Your discounts or flat rates and your credit earning continue until then. Once your term ends, your account moves to Starter, and any unused Hover credits expire immediately.

When your current plan term ends, you can move to Pro or Business. We'll reach out before that happens so you can pick the right fit. If you're on a legacy flat-rate plan, Business is usually the closest match.
